Micro Flapping Wing Flyer

  In charge of producing lightweight, durable, and predictable pairs of wings to reliably control and lift a bio-inspired 40g autonomous flyer. Successfully maintained wingspan and weight restrictions in addition to integration requirements imposed by other teams.

Urban Air Mobility Design Project

The project  report can be viewed here System Set 1 System Set 2 System Set 3   Tasked with designing an urban air mobility aircraft to meet specified criteria. All design choices in this project were backed by mathematical calculations from material stresses to aircraft range. In addition aircraft, electrical, fuel, and structural systems were added as a further extension of the work.  

Hydrogen Generator

Developed multiple prototypes of a hydrogen fuel generator that uses efficient graphite electrodes. This gas was then used as a torch, rocket propellant, combustion engine additive, and in an electric fuel cell.

Core XY 3D Printer

Currently in build progress waiting on shipments of parts before work can continue.

Rallycross Car Project

Refurbished and modified a 1996 Mazda Miata to compete in local rally cross competition. This mainly involved suspension modification testing and tuning as well as extensive welding.

Ergonomic Hockey Stick

Tested and successfully produced multiple 3D printed designs of an ergonomic hockey stick extension to reduce wrist and fore arm pain from injuries as well as increase control and performance with great results.

Composite Aircraft Seatback Redesign
